Is there no serious place for non-Kotlin specific Android development questions&help? I've been in #android-dev on FreeNode for some time now, I only see questions and not much answers. I joined AndroidChat today on Slack, it looks like it's the same thing. StackOverflow is a mess of wrong questions with wrong (accepted) answers (I mean for Android).
