Then there was hope that my company would pay some of the costs. ( simple smile )
…then I learned they would only send one dev a year, and my coworker who tipped me about asking them to cover some of the expenses also got a ticket the day I did, and asked our management before I did. And I’m not spending $3k+ just to go to I/O. ( 😞 )
