<@U0B99LPPW> I noticed the Kotlin Gradle task will never be up-to-date when a resource file changes. Gradle output with info flag:

Executing task ':module:compileDevMultidexLollipopDebugKotlin' (up-to-date check took 0.058 secs) due to:
  Input file Z:\path\to\module\src\main\res\layout\layout_file.xml has changed.
```
Is this due to the Android Extensions? If so, I guess there's nothing we can do until the Gradle plugin becomes completely incremental, right?
