Ummm, I don’t think there’s a dedicated channel for those kinds of questions as they are pretty rare.  I think the only build systems that have Kotlin integration are gradle, maven, kobalt, and IDEA’s build system.  I’m pretty sure Kobalt is open source so you may be able to find out some of the answers in the source code, or ask some of the people who have worked on it, or ask people who work on the compiler (who may show up to answer your question).
