02/10/2017, 1:47 AM@mdow814 Knowledge of Java definitely helps because some parts of Kotlin stdlib (e.g. collections) assume familiarity with Java. But it's a long and painful detour. So I would suggest to jump into the deep end by working your way through some of the tutorials.
