Open module settings, Libraries tab, select kotlin-runtime from list, then press on

and specify path to IDEA kotlinc lib sources, ex

/home/user/.IntelliJIdea2016.3/config/plugins/Kotlin/kotlinc/lib/kotlin-runtime-sources.jar

Also do this for kotlin-stdlib (Same path)
