@hastebrot: it will work in one of two ways: you apply from: brikk.gradle as one model which has dependencies and versions defined into project.ext ... and soon after a full plugin that just does all the dependency block for you. ... last on list is interacting with existing dependencies, but isn't the priority. the idea is you move that out of gradle into brikk and Gradle just listens and trusts what brikk says.
