Unfortunately if I can’t solve this issue I’m going to be forced to go back to Java. When the kotlinc compiler starts it complains about duplicate source roots, compiles, then recompiles before running. I think its an issue with the plugin which I’ve filed here https://github.com/pfn/kotlin-plugin/issues/7 with a sample project.
