IMO we've built such a great community here, and soo many developers use kotlin to build their Android apps, it just makes sense that people are going to ask about general android help in this community. I think you might have luck with what casey said. Keep android open to anything that isn't necessarily kotlin related (just like #dagger or #moshi, or other channels. a lot of those questions in those channels aren't really kotlin related) and just direct people to go into those subtopics. hard problem definitely. just my 2 cents
