Looks like a court 😛 I am thinking about expanding Kot. Academy (tomorrow rebranding, now still Kotlin Academy) to help developers find job in Kotlin. I think that this is an issue for people who want to be Kotlin developers - still not so much positions. Sound like a useful thing for community. I have seen that @apatrida posted an offer on #hiring so I wrote to him to ask if he is interested.
