It would be wonderful to have a centralised place where everything would be there and accessible to all, but I have to agree with @apatrida in that you cannot control this and while you can give some guidelines, people will ask questions where they see fit or where it’s convenient to them. And personally I feel that what’s important is that wherever this may be, we should be embracing and welcoming.
