@hhariri I’m definitely with you here. if you answer a question with a link, or ask a question concerning a link I’m completely fine with that. But “please check out my project” is not a question.
You’re right that they’re not really ads; and nobody should or can analyse every message to whether it’s an “acceptable” link.
It’s just that it feels that it got worse and I don’t want it to “run out of control” 🙂
