Maybe a bot? Bots tend to sound more useful than they actually are but they can help automate some stuff. E.g. You could add a custom emoji for StackOverflow and when a message gets more than 5 reactions with the stackoverflow emoji, the bot searches Stackoverflow for similar questions, lists them and proposes to create a new question.
