Since like we talked above, ..if there is a scope, which is in control of the operation, like downloadinf a file, and then UI or whoever just observes state, (and also if there is no subscribers, it doesnt change a thing for the download

This to me is great, as UI becomes just a sideffect of the state, i.e old event bus approach
