hello, guys. 
Kinda tough question, want to hear ideas or solutions. 
Imagine i have an `Observable.interval(0, delay, SECONDS)`, which emits `0` in the beginning immediately and emits increasing Longs every delay seconds. 

The question is next: 
How can i properly create an Observable, which will be able to `onNext` current (or last) value to a newly subscribed `Subscriber`? 
for example: 
``` 0---------&gt; 1 ----------&gt; 2 ------------&gt; 3 ---------------&gt;
___________________| - new Subscriber
```

how can this new Subscriber get `1` immediately after subscription? Maybe `BehaviorSubject` will work?
