Are there any documentation that describes how Spring Kotlin DSL configuration and annotation-based configuration work together?

For example, in a project that creates a context manually (using beans { }, GenericApplicationContext { }, WebHttpHandlerBuilder, etc) is it possible to use @EnableWebFluxSecurity or @EnableReactiveMongoRepositories?
