lol and then those same people will cry that they moved over to Kotlin for null safety 😛. But let's not digress this channel with bad practices. We should only concern ourselves with "is this a worthwhile feature that can save time, while making code more pragmatic, cleaner and maintainable", this is one of the reasons why I love Kotlin, because everything that is added to the language has gone through a lot of scrutiny and consideration. That said, anything can be abused to the nth degree.
