I'm more concerned of good ideas being overlooked than having too few/too many general channels. Should we try to establish some flow like "See proposal in Any channel --> Discuss --> If it survived long enough and still looks good, remind the author to move it to https://discuss.kotlinlang.org/c/language-design to think about it overnight"?:😞
