it was mentioned as a 'nice to have' ... but i don't think anyone is working on it. the right place to start would be the CHAMP algorithm which is faster/more memory efficient than the existing libraries are. it's implemented in java but is academic code ... it could use a good thorough scrubbing and documenting.
