Maybe it’s just me and I’m just being an ass, but I like to see the "language proposals” channel having a bit more substance than the stuff that has been thrown at the wall recently. So to reserve this channel for proposals that are well thought through, including advantages and disadvantages of the proposal. What it might mean for language complexity, compiler complexity and whether it's actually a general purpose feature that is going to be used by the large. 

Not to say the ideas that pass here are bad or don't have a place. They do, and some of it are great ideas. But I think there are other places where ideas can be tested, like the <#C0922A726> channel, the forum or some github gist. 

That way we as a community can really help JB to further develop this great language.
