I know, and I love the sugar that’s there now. simple smile my point was that since it’s sugar for existing bytecode and not something with direct VM support (no new bytecode), there’s always the language/library decision. this one feels more like it belongs in library land to me, because there’s no clear one-size-fits-all implementation.
