Kodein-DI 6.2.0 has been published.

Of course, this release brings Kotlin 1.3.30 :wink:

This release also brings a new framework support. Introducing `kodein-di-framework-ktor-server-jvm`. As the name tells, it features a lots of utilities to deeply embed Kodein inside a Ktor server, using the same sub-kodein and closest-kodein patterns for routing as can be found in Android.
This is thanks to the amazing work of <@U4BHM385D> who will later join Me inside Kodein Koders. Romain will continue to invest and enhance the Kodein Framework.
