I've convinced quite a few people to switch away from Dagger in favor of Kodein and I can assure you they all greatly appreciate it as well

@ian.shaun.thomas I'm using Dagger 2 right now. Please convince me 🙂 I'm not super-happy with the additional build complexity related to Dagger's code gen, but love the lightweight end result.
