@Yuriy Kulikov Hi Yuriy. If you want to inject OWLAxiomGenerator to KodeinModule class, I think you need to do in different way. You need to pass OWLAxiomGenerator object to KodeinModule in constructor. And kodein variable will be created near creating the KodeinModule class.
