MediaMarktSaturn Technology is working to make Europe’s number-one consumer electronics retailer the technology leader in its industry. To this end, several hundred developers, UX designers and system architects using state-of-the-art technology work hand in hand with business owners in agile teams to develop customer-focused technology solutions for more than 6 million customers every day in 13 countries.

Checkout and Payment is a domain within the MediaMarktSaturn Technology. We are responsible for the backend handling of all incoming baskets, the processing of all payment transactions, debtor management and the implementation of fiscal requirements. Our product teams work on the global omni-channel platform of MediaMarktSaturn and are involved in all major feature developments. Together, we are working on the biggest retailer platform for consumer electronics in Europe – be a part of it.

Location: Germany (remote possible)
Requirements:
• Good English skills
• Server side Kotlin experience
• Beneficial:
◦ GitOps experience (e.g. Flux)
◦ Cloud experience (e.g. GCP/AWS/Azure)
◦ Kubernetes experience
