Hi there!

We’re looking for a Sr. Backend Engineer to join our team at Bound.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining an early stage startup, or for engineers who love working on greenfield projects.

As one of the first 5 engineers on the team, you’ll have the chance to have a huge impact on the product, the engineering culture and the entire company as we grow!

Our mission is to make it easy for small and medium sized businesses to conduct business globally. Hundreds of thousands of small and medium sized businesses do nothing to manage their currency risk when they transact with foreign customers and supplies because they don’t understand how to do it. We are making tools that abstract complex financial instruments into simple workflows and integrations. We aim to make foreign currencies easy.

About you
• You find passion in your work and tend to take ownership
• Strong fundamentals in computer science and software engineering
• Have experience building software that can be easily iterated on
• Interest in financial technology
• You’re excited to work in a disruptive, fast-paced environment
• Like to work with small, tight-knit teams
