Android Developer 
Company: Halbestunde GmbH
Location: remote, possible relocation to Germany in 2022
Employment type: full-time
Salary range: 2000-2500 EUR/month for 2021. After relocation in 2022: 60-80k EUR/year gross + share options
About us: we are a young company that closed its seed funding round in early 2021. We’re building an assistant app for music students and those who practice piano on their own. The app allows you to scan your music sheet with notes, listen to it, and receive feedback about made mistakes when you practice. 
We’re releasing an Android version MVP later this month. The nearest plans include tablet versions, an extension of our feature set, and integration with music schools. By the end of 2021 - early 2022 we plan to close the next investment round and to build a music learning platform and expand globally (including Europe, China and the US).
Requirements: You will be our first full-time Android developer, so we expect a high level of self-organization and accountability. We expect you to drive the Android development efforts in the company. Having a founder mindset is desired: You’ll be dealing with uncertainty in a highly dynamic environment, but you are passionate about the product and would like to deliver the best customer experience.
Experience with UI design tools (e.g., Figma) or in backend development (AWS, serverless) is not required but is a plus.
Language: English is a must. Russian is desired, but not required.
