Things I personally like: We’ve been collaborating on defining a clear path forward for our architecture, and we’re aggressively working on making sure theres an overabundance of information on how things should be here 😄 there’s a distinct focus on psychological safety when it comes to code reviews, and everyone is really nice and comfortable helping others and making people feel welcome. We also have a monthly meetup where people get to give live tutorials on new features in swift, to make sure we’re always up to speed with the latest and greatest - hoping to establish the same pattern with Kotlin.

Brief description and link:
We are looking for an android lead developer and an android principal developer to be part of the next evolution of our mobile apps. The lead dev will be more focused on coding and turning in new features while mentoring and helping others. The principal dev will be focused on working with me (I’m the iOS principal) to architect our vision for mobile development at scale here. Our focus is on modularizing features to share them across multiple apps: ones that exist now and ones that may exist in the future. Happy to share more about our tech stack in a DM or interview 😀
