So while I’m a fan of the transparency of requiring the range in each posting. I suspect that the activity Cedric’s comments sparked in the last couple of days is similar to the last year of activity in the channell. I think that if relaxing the salary range requirement could increase the posting rate, it’s something we should seriously consider as a channel.
