@pabl0rg Yes, it's a fine line between shipping with a plug-in vs/ letting users add it themselves. I side with you overall though, there is little harm in shipping with a lot of plug-ins since they don't really impact the user experience that much, even if they're not used (they mostly just make the binary larger to download).
