I cloned Kobalt today and at the command line everything builds fine. Then I imported the project to IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 2017.2.5 with the Kobalt plugin 1.130 and get the following error message:

Error:Failed to connect to localhost/0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1:1234

. Same error with IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2017.3 EAP. Where want the plugin connect to? What expects the plugin to be running on port 1234?
