So we did manage to see improvements on 2 of Erik's machines. On his Windows box, we cut time down from 168 seconds to 129 seconds. On an older server we cut time from 315 seconds to 228 seconds. We checked out the profile results of before and after on both boxes and saw in both cases the improvement was due to the same I was seeing on my box.
