Yeah, it has them removed but some things appear twice. For example Project shows this:

- sourceDirectories: java.util.HashSet
	- sourceDirectories: com.beust.kobalt.api.Sources
		- path (java.lang.String[]): void
		- project: com.beust.kobalt.api.Project
		- sources: java.util.HashSet

Because in the code:
