Trying to move a large project (currently 130k Ant script, 20-30 modules, thousands .java files) to Kobalt and every time I make a little change to Build.kt it starts re-compiling everything, which takes some time and slows down migration a lot... (The current Ant script takes about 7-8 minutes to build all on a fast machine)
