FYI I started to work on implementation of "external system api". So there be a lot of changes also downloading of kobalt.jar may be moved to another place.... In ApplicationComponent this download always cause error on windows machine but works on mac. The ideal way will be download only in Kobalt project, like Gradle integration do.
