I can’t imagine what all it’s doing besides pulling in the dependencies.. the project is admirably spare: servlet 3.1 with a few annotations.. do you remember BEA had a framework like Vaadin before JSP dropped.. ? anyway, given how excited people get when they see Anko, maybe a Kotlin/DSL for web stuff will be appealing as well.. although maybe Vaadin’s style is not really a DSL..
