Basically: Manually specify correct Okio and OkHttp versions -> those versions get downloaded -> tests succeed -> remove those two from build file -> Kobalt still uses the correct versions -> tests succeed -> remove the correct versions from the local repository -> kobalt downloads snapshots instead -> tests fail
