@marwa: The html include bug should be fixed, can you confirm? Note that right now, you need to use double asterisks:

include(from(""), to(""), glob("**.html"))

And with this, I now see:

$ jar tf modules/wrapper/kobaltBuild/libs/htmlTest.jar
a.html
