I think overall, it's healthy to have multiple projects depend on each other but I understand it might be useful for kobalt to support mixed sources. I'm just not quite sure how to tackle it since javac can't compile .kt (obviously) and kotlinc doesn't know how to compile .java (which I used to think it might)
