I don't think fatJar is the way to go for plugins that have dependencies. I think there must be a way to specify specific dependencies to embed or something. This could come in the form of a plugin, but the PackagePlugin already has most of the functionality needed, so maybe a Directive that lets you specify dependencies to embed or something?
