also why is org.jetbrains.kotlin.script.InvalidScriptResolverAnnotation in kotlin-compiler-embeddable ?
i expected it to be in kotlin-scripting-jvm as it would be useful to have in the ScriptCompilationConfiguration

for usage like so:

annotations?.forEach { annotation ->
    require(annotation !is InvalidScriptResolverAnnotation) {
       "InvalidScriptResolverAnnotation found"
    }
}
