Anything base script related tends to get pushed from there to script-utils or kotlin scripting core itself.  The keplin project is focusing only on REPL in other environments and on secure scripting where whitelist access can be applied to what the script engine is allowed to access (for example in elasticsearch scripting plugin).  That secure scripting cannot be released yet due to using a newer version of compiler dependency that isn't in a non-DEV release yet.
