this will need maven installed on the local machine right?
not that I'm demanding, just wishful: would be nice if it's out of the box - as in - download kotlin-1.1-installer-with-jre.exe, run it and it will associate all .kts files to the kotlin script interpreter.
Running kotlin scripts is a matter of double clicking on the script.
Then kotlin scripts can get dependencies on runtime with just a simple annotation just like Groovy's Grape.
