I actually think it is a bit too early, since there is major API redesign happening right now. I hope to have it ready for review quite soon, hopefully - next week, and then I was planning to invite all interested parties to review it.
But meanwhile, the actual state was merged into kotlin’s master yesterday, and you can see the usage in <https://github.com/gradle/gradle-script-kotlin> (it may not be synchronised yet with kotlin master yet, see branches.)
