Hello! 👋 I belive I have found a bug in the standard library related to Map.getOrElse and I would like to fix it! This is my first time contributing to Kotlin and I feel pretty lost 😕 I guess I should start an issue in some issue tracker first? Or can I just submit a pull request with details on github?
