I’ve been reading the mixed-site variance paper recently, it’s very interesting. I haven’t written enough complex generic code with Kotlin yet to form an opinion - now that a lot of Kotlin code has been written, is the mixed-variance model in Kotlin generally considered a success? Does it achieve its goals of being a mix of simplicity and expressivity?
