Hi!
How can I can build locally IDEA plugin (and install it)? Is there any guide?
I would like to test intention that I’m developing.

I tried to understand how TeamCity does that (using build log https://teamcity.jetbrains.com/viewLog.html?buildId=666670&buildTypeId=Kotlin_CompilerAndPluginBootstrapNoTests&tab=buildLog), but I can’t figure out how to run Step 6 locally.
