@jvtrigueros: I haven't found a good solution for issue #1 other than waiting a few seconds after restart, or just adding a sleep 5 command line task before launch in the run configuration. I think it's caused by the running instance in the sandbox putting a lock on the files. Let's file an issue here: https://github.com/JetBrains/gradle-intellij-plugin/issues
