I'm trying to help with the kobalt documentation site. The current one uses some JS hacks to generate a nav and side-bar. Google can't crawl those hacks too well. The github site (with a very bad readme.md) ranks highest. I figure if we had a decent way to generate boilerplate html this could be made more usable.
