Is 1.4.20 going to be released along with IntelliJ IDEA 2020.3?

I'm asking because I found a regression in IDEA 2020.3 EAP where the IDE side of java interop is broken when opening multiple Gradle projects in the same window (with a common parent directory being the project opened in IDEA). Here's the link FYI: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KTIJ-432
